Thankfully, Deric and affiliates have always been responsive and knowledgeable when I have needed them most. More recently - I moved out of state and required special attention while standing in line at the Department of Motor Vehicles. Deric quickly referred me to a local agent and prioritized the transfer of paperwork immediately. Given the time it takes to process paperwork, the immediacy of his response is highly uncommon.
